At VelociRAX Australia, we stand by the quality of our vertical bike racks and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your rack doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure the rack and all hardware components are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package at the designated courier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for any signs of use or damage, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
